Section 83.6001 - Purpose

The purpose of the rules contained in this division is to provide disclosures and notices for credit access business transactions under Texas Finance Code, Chapter 393. These rules prescribe the form and content of the disclosures under Texas Finance Code, § RSA 393.222 and § RSA 393.223.
