Section 460.51 - Appealable Actions(a) A Grantee may appeal the following: (1) Corrective action found in §460.32(b)(1) - (4) of this title relating to Corrective Action; and(2) Deobligation of funds found in § 460.41 of this title relating to Deobligation of Grant Funds.(b) No other appeals may be made by a Grantee.40 Tex.
