Section 7.186 - Fees and Other Charges(a) As authorized by Education Code, Subchapter J, §54.9045, the Board may collect, or authorize the collection of, fees and other charges in connection with any agreement, contract, or transaction relating to the Texas ABLE Program in amounts not exceeding the amount necessary to recover the cost of establishing and maintaining the Program.(b) The Board may assess, or authorize the assessment of, fees and other charges to an ABLE account to administer the Program.34 Tex.
