Section 363.805 - Use of Funds

Loan funds may be used to fund or reimburse an applicant's initial expenses, including start-up and operating costs. Eligible costs of the applicant may include:

(1) creation expenses, including election costs;

(2) salaries and payroll taxes;

(3) utilities;

(4) travel;

(5) insurance;

(6) building and office leases;

(7) office supplies and furniture;

(8) telephone and computer equipment; and

(9) legal and professional fees.
