The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. Words defined in Texas Water Code, Chapter 16 and not defined here have the meanings provided in Chapter 16. Quad map--Official 1 to 24,000 foot maps produced by the United States Geological Survey on which river basin and coastal basin boundaries are delineated.
