Section 37.12 - Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in these sections, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

(1) Agency--The Texas Education Agency and/or the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation.

(2) Department--The Texas Department of Health.

(3) Interagency Council--The Interagency Council on Early Childhood Intervention Services, established under authority of the Human Resources Code, § 73.002.
