Section 70.1023 - Accountability(a) All Texas public school students enrolled in the Texas Virtual School Network (TxVSN) are required to take the statewide assessments as required in the Texas Education Code, § 39.023.(b) All school districts and charter schools participating in the TxVSN Online School (OLS) program are included in the state's academic accountability system.19 Tex.
