Section 23.213 - [Repealed effective 11/14/2024] Eligibility for Disbursement of Loan Repayment Assistance(a) A person may not receive loan repayment assistance through the program for more than five consecutive years.(b) To be eligible to receive loan repayment assistance, a peace officer must annually ensure that the Board has received, by the required deadline, a completed end-of-service period application for payment providing the employer's certification of continuous full-time employment as a peace officer during the service period.19 Tex.
