Section 23.212 - [Effective 11/14/2024] Applicant Ranking Priorities(a) Each fiscal year an application deadline will be posted on the program web page.(b) If there are not sufficient funds to offer loan repayment assistance to all eligible applicants, applications shall be ranked by the following criteria, in order of priority: (1) renewal applications, unless a break in service period has occurred; and(2) all other applications, based on the date of submission.19 Tex.
