Section 22.361 - DefinitionsIn addition to the words and terms defined in § 22.1 of this chapter (relating to Definitions), the following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1) Professional Nursing Program--A course of study at an eligible institution leading to an undergraduate or graduate degree in professional nursing.(2) Program--The Nursing Students Scholarship Program.(3) Scholarship(s)--A scholarship offered through this subchapter.(4) Vocational Nursing Program--A course of study at an eligible institution intended to prepare a student for licensure as a licensed vocational nurse.19 Tex.
