Section 21.523 - Excess Hours

A person who has reached the limit of undergraduate hours for which the state will provide formula funding as specified in the Texas Education Code, § 54.014 (relating to Tuition for Repeated or Excessive Undergraduate Hours), is not eligible for the exemption described in this subchapter unless he or she is applying for a continuation award in fall 2014 or later and is granted an exception under § 21.526(b) of this title (relating to Hardship Provisions).
