Section 2.237 - Criteria for An Applied Associate Degree(a) A proposed applied associate degree program shall meet the criteria set out in this subchapter, in addition to the general criteria in § 2.5 of this chapter (relating to General Criteria for Program Approval).(b) Board staff shall ensure that the institution certifies and provides required evidence that a proposed applied associate degree meets the criteria in § 2.5 of this chapter.(c) The institution shall certify that the proposed program complies with all applicable provisions contained in this subchapter and subchapter A of this chapter (relating to General Provisions).19 Tex.
