Section 415:10-6-1 - Renewal and readmittance applications

Renewal and readmittance applications are generally not submitted to the Board for their consideration and recommendation. Those applications are reviewed and approved or rejected by OST. A renewal or readmittance, without an increase in funding, is not considered refinancing.
