Section 42K .0603 - PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE RULE MAKING RECORD(a) A record of each rule-making proceeding will be maintained by the Board for as long as the rule is in effect and for two years thereafter.(b) The record will contain: (1) the original petition for rule-making, if any;(2) the Notice of Rule-making;(3) all written memoranda and information submitted by the public;(4) a record or summary of oral presentations, if any;(5) all requests for a Statement of Reasons with the Board's response thereto.(c) The record of rule-making proceedings will be available for public inspection during the regular office hours of the Board.21 N.C.
