Section Env-Sw 311.06 - Verification of Permit Information(a) All facilities operating under a permit-by-notification or seeking a permit-by-notification in accordance with this part shall submit the following documentation to the department no later than 30 days after receipt of a request from the department for such documentation: (1) The written operating plan required by Env-Sw 1202.02(a)(2)a.;(2) The written closure plan required by Env-Sw 1202.02(a)(3)a.;(3) Any operator certifications required by Env-Sw 1202.05(d);(4) Proof of compliance with the siting criteria set forth in Env-Sw 1203; and(5) Any additional documentation required by Env-Sw 407; Env-Sw 507; Env-Sw 607; and Env-Sw 707, as applicable.N.H.
