Section 439.817 - "Medicare Advantage plan with prescription drug coverage" and "MA-PD" defined

"Medicare Advantage plan with prescription drug coverage" or "MA-PD" means health benefits coverage, including, without limitation, qualified prescription drug coverage, offered pursuant to 42 C.F.R. § 423.4 under a policy or contract with Medicare by a Medicare Advantage organization as described in 42 C.F.R. § 422.2.
