Section 392.360 - School districts to adopt appropriate policies and procedures

Each school district shall adopt policies and procedures so that parents may exercise the rights set forth in 20 U.S.C. § 1232 g(a), 34 C.F.R. Part 99 and NAC 392.301 to 392.355, inclusive.
