Records staff shall maintain a list of individuals for which notice has been provided to HHS and a list of inmates who have had their medical assistance suspended by HHS during their incarceration. The Department shall notify HHS of the pending release of any inmate who's medical assistance has been suspended at least 45 days prior to the inmate's scheduled release.
