Section 2 CSR 70-15.055 - Compensation of Part-Time Inspectors Working Under Contract to the Missouri Department of AgriculturePURPOSE: This rule compensates those apiary inspectors who are not employed on a full-time basis by the Missouri Department of Agriculture.
(1) Compensation for owner-requested apiary inspections shall be in the exact amount charged the owner as provided for in 2 CSR 70-15.015(1).(2) Compensation for nonrequested inspections and reinspections of quarantined apiaries and individual colonies shall be in the same amount as provided for in 2 CSR 70-15.015(1), however, no fee will be charged to the owner or manager for this type of inspection.
