(1) As part of a limitation or termination proceeding, the designated official or the executive director may require a participating school to take reasonable corrective action to remedy a violation of applicable laws, regulations, agreements, or limitations.(2) The corrective action may include payment of any funds to the authority, the federal government, or recipients identified by the designated official. Payment may include interest and special allowance that the lender or the participating school improperly received, withheld, disbursed, or caused to be disbursed.Mich. Admin. Code R. 390.1488
