Section R. 390.1433 - Loan amounts

Rule 33.

(1) The annual loan limit, exclusive of interest, shall not be more than that set forth in the act.

(2) The aggregate insured unpaid principal of all loans shall not be more than the aggregate limit as set forth in the act.
