Section R. 205.3502 - Prehearing conference; notification of parties; record of conferenceRule 502.
(1) Upon an approved request by a party or upon the presiding officer's own motion, a prehearing conference may be held. The presiding officer shall notify the parties of the time, place, and manner of a conference. The initial notice shall direct the parties to appear or to be available and shall state the subjects to be discussed at the conference.(2) The presiding officer may require that a conference or any portion of a conference be recorded.Mich.
