Section R. 432.21907 - ProhibitionsRule 907.
(1) A licensed manufacturer or any owner, shareholder of the privately held corporation, partner, officer, person residing in the same household as a licensed manufacturer, or agent of a licensed manufacturer shall not be involved, directly or indirectly, with the operation or management of a licensed gaming event.(2) A licensed manufacturer or any owner, shareholder of the privately held corporation, partner, officer, person residing in the same household as the licensed manufacturer, or agent of the licensed manufacturer shall not be involved, directly or indirectly, in the leasing or rental of a location for a licensed gaming event.(3) A licensed manufacturer or any owner, shareholder of the privately held corporation, partner, officer, person residing in the same household as the licensed manufacturer, or agent of the licensed manufacturer shall not advertise in any manner any licensed gaming event.Mich.
