Section R. 432.21709 - House rules; prize list; associated winning numbersRule 709.
(1) A licensee shall establish and adhere to their house rules governing the sale of numeral game tickets. The house rules shall contain at a minimum the following information:(c) The price of the numeral game ticket.(d) The method by which the winners will be determined and the numeral game will be conducted.(e) A time limit for the redemption of numeral game tickets.(f) The total number of tickets offered for sale in the numeral game.(g) The effective date of the house rules.(2) The house rules and merchandise prize list and associated winning numbers shall be distributed or posted in a conspicuous place before the numeral game is offered for sale or any tickets are opened and shall remain posted until the end of the licensed gaming event.(3) House rules shall not be in conflict with the act, these rules, or directives of the bureau.Mich.
