Section R. 432.21611 - House rulesRule 611.
(1) The licensee shall establish and adhere to its house rules governing the sale of charity game tickets. At a minimum, the house rules shall contain all of the following information:(c) The time limit for the redemption of charity game tickets, which shall be not less than 14 days from the date the last charity game ticket of the series is sold.(d) The effective date of the house rules.(2) The licensee shall post the house rules in a conspicuous place or print the house rules in sufficient number for distribution to all interested persons.(3) The house rules shall not be in conflict with the act, these rules, or directives of the bureau.Mich.
