Section 13A.16.06.08 - Specific Requirements for Directors in Combined Preschool and School Age CentersA. A preschool center director may have responsibility for the entire center if the center enrolls both preschoolers and school age children.B. A school age center director may have responsibility for the entire center if the center: (1) Does not enroll any infants or toddlers; and(2) Enrolls five or fewer children younger than kindergarten age.C. If a school age center located in a public or nonpublic school enrolls more than five children younger than kindergarten age who are not enrolled in that school, the operator shall provide a director who meets the requirements, based on the total capacity of the center, for both a preschool center director and a school age center director.Md.
