Section 17-2032-47 - Disqualification of member of resident advisory board

No matter shall be heard by or voted on by a member of the resident advisory board who:

(1) Has any pecuniary interest in the matter to be decided; or

(2) Is related within the third degree by blood or marriage to any party to the proceeding.
