Section 17-2029-1 - Purpose

These rules are adopted pursuant to chapters 91 and 92, HRS, and implement section 201G-452, HRS, and the following objectives:

(1) To govern the appeals procedure before the housing and Community development Corporation of Hawaii; and

(2) To secure the just and efficient determination of proceedings before the housing and Community development Corporation of Hawaii.
