Section 17-2028-91 - Pet ownership(a) The authority may permit pet ownership by tenants of public housing, subject to compliance with the authority's pet policy established in the PHA plan.(b) This subchapter does not apply to animals that assist, support, or provide service to persons with disabilities.Haw.
