Section 16-77-49 - Notice of renewal

Before August 15 of each even-numbered year the board shall mail to every licensee, except those whose license has been revoked, forfeited, terminated, withdrawn, or under suspension, a notice of renewal application to the last known address of the licensee on file with the board.
