Section 16-77-87 - All licensees to have place of business

No license shall be issued or renewed to any contracting entity, except RMEs, who does not maintain a permanent place of business within the State where the contracting entity may be served notice and legal process, and where the contracting entity's license is prominently displayed. For purposes of this section, "permanent place of business" means a physical address, not a post office box number.
