Section 1301-11.0 - Non-Retaliation11.1 A carrier shall not disenroll, terminate or in any way penalize a covered person who exercises his or her rights to file a grievance or appeal for IHCAP review solely on the basis of such filing.11.2 A carrier shall not terminate or in any way penalize a provider with whom it has a contractual relationship and who exercises, on behalf of a covered person, the right to file a grievance or appeal for IHCAP review solely on the basis of such filing.18 Del.
