Section 17-311-168 - Requirements for filing annual reports(a) All facilities having 10 or more beds must file the annual report utilized by the commissioner of income maintenance in determining rates pursuant to section 17-314 of the general statutes. This annual report must be filled out completely and filed with the commissioner no later than the 31st day of December of each year.(b) Any facility which fails to file the annual report will not be granted an increase in its previously approved self-pay charges.Conn.
