Section 4284.11 - [Effective until 11/15/2024] Award requirementsIn addition to specific grant requirements, all approved applicants will be required to do the following:
(a) Enter into an Agency-approved grant agreement with RBS;(b) Disclose in writing any potential conflicts of interest and maintain written standards of conduct covering conflicts of interest, including organizational conflicts of interest in accordance with 2 CFR 400.2 ;(c) Use "Request for Advance or Reimbursement" to request advances or reimbursements, as applicable, but not more frequently than once a month;(d) Maintain a financial management system that is acceptable to the Agency; and(e) Collect and maintain data on race, sex and national origin of the beneficiaries of the project. 69 FR 23425 , Apr. 29, 2004, as amended at 79 FR 76017 , Dec. 19, 2014
