Section 7 AAC 100.001 - Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to establish rules for determining eligibility for Medicaid under AS 47.07. To be eligible for Medicaid coverage under AS 47.07, an individual must qualify under this chapter in an eligibility category listed in 7 AAC 100.002.
