ORDER

Tamara W. Ashford, Judge.

On January 17, 2022, pursuant to the Court's November 17, 2021, Order, respondent filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Respondent reports that on December 23, 2021, he served counsel for petitioner (who still has not, as of the date of this Order, entered an appearance in this case) with Respondent's First Set of Interrogatories and Respondent's Request for Production of Documents. Respondent further reports that he is waiting for petitioner's responses to his discovery requests and anticipates the need for third-party subpoenas in this case. Respondent requests that the Court allow the parties to file additional status reports in 60 days. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before March 21, 2022, file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
