Opinion

ORDER

This matter is before the Court on Defendant Miguel Angel Garcia-Valderrama Motion for Reduction of Sentence in Light of the November 1st 2010 Amendments to the U.S.S.G. Garcia-Valderrama pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute in excess of 100 kilograms of marijuana and over 500 grams of cocaine in violation of 21 USC §§ 846, 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B)(ii), and 841(b)(1)(B)(vii). This Court sentenced him to 84 months imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release. He now moves for a reduction in his sentence based on amendments to the Sentencing Guidelines that came into effect on November 1, 2010. Garcia-Valderrama does not specify the amendments to which he is referring. But a review of the amendments shows, however, that none applies to his sentence. Accordingly, the Motion is DENIED. IT IS SO ORDERED.
