Judgment

Based on the stipulation of the United States of America, Plaintiff, and Ruben Garcia, Defendant, and for good cause shown, it is ordered that:

1. Judgment is entered in favor of the United States and against Ruben Garcia in the amount of $913,698.38 plus statutory interest from July 27, 2015, plus costs. Statutory interest includes prejudgment interest until the date of judgment and post-judgment interest thereafter as set forth in 26 U.S.C. § 6621 and 28 U.S.C. § 1961(c)(1).
