ORDER ACCEPTING FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE

The United States Magistrate Judge made Findings, Conclusions, and a Recommendation in this case. No objections were filed. The District Court reviewed the proposed Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation for plain error. Finding none, the Court ACCEPTS the Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge.
It is therefore ORDERED the Motion (I) to Approve Proposed Settlement with Former Counsel to Certain Heartland-Related Receivership Parties, (II) to Enter a Bar Order, and (III) to Approve Payment of Fees and Expenses of Reid Collins & Tsai LLP, Litigation Counsel to Receiver (ECF No. 464) is GRANTED. The Settlement Order will be ENTERED hereafter by separate order.
