The parties to this action hereby stipulate and agree, and request that the Court order, that the date for hearing of Defendants' Motion for Partial Dismissal of First Amended Complaint (Doc. 26) be continued from July 16, 2012, to August 6, 2012, at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 2. The parties further request that the Scheduling Conference set for July 30, 2012, be continued to September 10, 2012, at 9 a.m. in Courtroom 8 in order to allow time for resolution of the pending motion.
