Theriot, J., dissents and would not consider the writ. Relator failed to file her motion for an extension of time to file her writ application within the original return date period in violation of Rule 4-3, Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal. The return date was set for thirty days from the date of the district court's amended judgment, signed on February 27, 2015, which deadline was March 30, 2015.
