STATE OF LOUISIANA v. TRAVIS BROWN

In Re: Travis Brown, applying for supervisory writs, 22nd Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Tammany, No. 362654. BEFORE: HIGGINBOTHAM, THERIOT, AND CHUTZ, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The time limitation set forth in La. Code Crim. P. art. 930.8 has expired in this case. Therefore, the district court did not err by denying relator's motion for production of documents. See State ex rel. Brown v. State, 2003-2568 (La. 3/26/04), 870 So.2d 976, 977 (per curiam).
