On March 18, 2024, the Court received and filed petitioner's Reply to Answer to Amended Petition. However, the Court notes that certain documents attached thereto appear to be in the nature of evidence. Petitioner is therefore informed that those documents have not been received into evidence by the Court, and that, unless otherwise directed by the Court, the appropriate time to present documentary evidence for inclusion in the Court's record is at the trial of this matter.
Additionally, the Court notes that on February 28, 2024, the United States Postal Service returned as undeliverable the copies of the Notice of Receipt of Petition and two Court Orders that were served on petitioner on December 12, 2023, at the mailing address in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania listed in the Petition. Accordingly, on February 29, 2024, the Court re-mailed those documents to the mailing address in St. Petersburg, Florida that petitioner listed in his Letter Dated December 26, 2023 (Docket Index No. 7). To date, none of the documents served on petitioner at the St. Petersburg, Florida mailing address have been returned as undeliverable. In view of the foregoing, the Court will continue to serve petitioner at that mailing address.
Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
ORDERED that the Notice of Change of Address for Craig Duval Saunders, filed March 20, 2024, at Docket Index No. 15 is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that, unless otherwise directed by the Court, the Clerk of the Court shall continue to serve petitioner at the mailing address in St. Petersburg, Florida listed in petitioner's Letter Dated December 26, 2023 (Docket Index No. 7).
