This case was on the February 12, 2024 Los Angeles, California trial calendar. We continued it again because informal discovery had not even gotten under way. Respondent recently reported that after completing a secondary review of the documentation provided by petitioner, respondent has made additional concessions. On October 4, 2024, respondent's counsel made a final settlement proposal to petitioner and requested revised tax computations. It is therefore
