CARRIERS, § 701evidence warranting verdict for railroad company sued by injured passenger. In passenger's action against railroad company for injuries allegedly sustained when passenger was thrown to floor while entering her seat in passenger car after returning from diner, evidence warranted verdict and judgment for company on ground that passenger failed to establish that she was injured by jerking, jolting and negligent operation of train as charged in complaint.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. ORAL P. TUTTLE, Judge, presiding.
