MOTION TO FILE
This filed motion is being submitted upon my behalf; to instate myself as lead active representation; for legal lawsuit pending matter Roundtree v Capital Vision-3:21-cv-00992. I directly appointed myself to this case; as lead council; pro- se. After my attorney showed hesitancy with the case within itself; seeing that I have multiple additional United States Courts; case matters. After filing a motion to withdrawal paper-work through attorney James Sabatini's law practice firm; physically I'm actively taking on the legal role as lead council. I was told by Mr. Sabatini that, "Me having other cases in United States District Court." Through my own humbling position and standpoint; I don't want to affect Mr. Sabatini's law practice; as his families' law firm reputation is on the line; based from all of the other associated cases.
