STIPULATION AND ORDER TO EXTEND TIME
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between the parties, through their respective counsel of record, that the time for Defendant to file his Answer be extended 45 days from January 23, 2012, to March 8, 2012. This is Defendant's first request for an extension of time to respond to Plaintiff's Complaint. This extension is necessary due to the fact that the Social Security Administration's records component receives an extensive volume of requests for records nationally, and Defendant requires the additional time to properly compile and produce the Certified Administrative Record (CAR) to be utilized by all parties in this suit.
The parties further stipulate that the Court's Scheduling Order shall be modified accordingly.
Counsel apologizes to the Court for any inconvenience caused by this delay.
Respectfully submitted,
