Hearing Granted by Supreme Court Feb. 9, 1939.

Appeal from Superior Court, Los Angeles County; George A. Dockweiler, Judge.

Action by Charles McAllister and another against Louis C. Drapeau, successor to Friend W. Richardson as Building and Loan Commissioner for the State of California in charge of liquidation of the California Security Loan Corporation, and another to cancel a trust deed and note and to recover certain moneys paid on account of the interest and principal of the note. Judgment for plaintiffs, and the named defendant appeals.

Judgment reversed, with instructions.
