681 N.E.2d 1274 (N.Y. 1997)

Opinion

Submitted March 24, 1997

Decided May 1, 1997

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from that portion of the Appellate Division order that denied in part the application for poor person relief and assignment of counsel, dismissed upon the ground that that portion of the order sought to be appealed from does not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied. Motion for poor person relief dismissed as academic.
