On March 27, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Consolidate in the above-docketed cases. Jurisdiction of the cases at Docket Nos. 25712-22, 25713-22, 25714-22, and 25715-22 is retained by Judge Richard T. Morrison. The cases at Docket Nos. 17970-23 and 17971-23 are currently in the general docket.
Upon due consideration, it is ORDERED that the above-docketed cases are assigned to Judge Richard T. Morrison. It is further
ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Consolidate is granted in that the above-docketed cases are consolidated for trial, briefing, and opinion.
